For decades, multilingual customer service has been a luxury — call centers, language lines, expensive integrations. The owners who needed it most could not afford it.
Copat exists to close that gap. We built an AI receptionist that is fluent in English, Spanish, and Haitian Creole from day one, with live interpretation for 30+ more languages on tap. It handles every call that comes in, in the language the caller actually speaks — so business owners get their time back without losing the human touch with their callers.
We started in South Florida because that is where the gap is sharpest. We are growing wherever business is multilingual.

How that affects your data is documented in our Privacy Policy, specifically Section 9 on affiliated companies and cross-property data sharing. Short version: we share infrastructure and some personnel, but we do not sell your data, and you can opt out of cross-property linkage anytime via our Privacy Choices page.

Small team, multilingual minds
Copat is built by a small team of engineers, language specialists, and customer advocates working across Florida and remotely. Some of us are also part of the broader Medisomatech team (see "Backed by" above). All of us speak at least one of the languages Copat serves natively.
